1. Course Enrollment & Fee Payment
Enrollment in a course is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as per the course plan).
Once access to course materials, live sessions, or batch scheduling has begun, the course is considered “in use” and non-refundable.
We offer limited refunds under specific conditions:
Trainer unavailability or class cancellation from AiTechy’s side, where no alternative batch or trainer is available.
Technical issues on our platform that prevent you from attending classes and are not resolved within a reasonable time.
Duplicate payments made in error.
In such cases, you must raise a request within 7 days of the issue, with proof of payment and reason for refund.
Change of mind after course enrollment
Personal schedule conflicts
No-show or irregular attendance in live classes
Lack of technical infrastructure or internet from the student’s side
Completion of part or full training
To request a refund, email us at support@aitechy.in with the following details:
Full Name
Registered Email & Phone Number
Course Name & Start Date
Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
Reason for Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
You may request a batch transfer (to a different schedule) at least 3 days before your course starts, subject to availability.
If the new batch is unavailable, we can offer a course credit valid for up to 3 months.
AiTechy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or trainer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate schedule or full refund.
